BPD is a world-wide network of partners involving government, business, civil society and donors.

Partnerships

How can partnerships amongst civil society, the public sector and the private sector deliver sustainable and affordable services to poor communities?

BPD has undertaken a variety of analysis and learning on how partnerships can be an integral part of providing services to the poor. You can access these directly below or email the BPD Secretariat to request paper copies.

Practitioner Notes are designed to offer practical recommendations for project partners. You can find these short Notes on a variety of issues including how the dynamics of bringing different sectors together through partnership affects service delivery, the benefits and challenges of entering into partnerships for each sector and how different stakeholders can prepare for partnering relationships.

Reports and Documents are longer reports covering the issues detailed above as well as reports from the Sectoral Workshop series that BPD has undertaken throughout the last four years.
