The form requests information about the type of support requested, the nature of the organisations and projects involved and asks for the signatures of the partners to be involved in BPD activities.

Signatures reflect institutional agreement for BPD to get involved, an understanding of the Guidelines for Applicants and a willingness for analysis conducted to contribute to BPD's wider learning.
