Developing Partnerships in Practice

BPD has developed this course for water and sanitation practitioners and policymakers.  The objectives of the overall programme are to:

  • build awareness of available knowledge and resources about partnerships in water and sanitation;
  • build and develop practical partnering skills; and
  • support the application of skills and knowledge to current partnering challenges.

The programme includes a participatory training course and registration with and participation in a practitioners support network hosted by BPD.

So far, BPD has held the course 4 times in East and Southern Africa in English. The fifth course will be held in Niger on 1-5 October 2007 for participants from franco-phone West Africa. Further information...
